Our vision
Cowie Capital is a real estate investment firm located in Toronto, Ontario. We have had the opportunity (commencing operation in 1996) to learn and grow alongside the rampant development of the Greater Toronto Area market. With the ability to acquire and manage portfolios all across Ontario, we strive to have the top people and clients in place to ensure our success. We create growth and value in an ethical and sustainable manner.
Our Team
Mike Cowie and Mark Cowie, the founders of Cowie Capital, have continued to expand the team as we have grown. We have a fully integrated property management, development, leasing, and self storage, and accounting teams.
About us
Cowie Capital’s portfolio consist of stable, long term assets which provides the company with funds to execute higher risk value add and development projects. Our assets belong to a range of classes. Cowie Capital endeavors to keep not only a diversified portfolio, but a geographically strategic asset base. Cowie Capital Manages all assets internally. By managing assets internally, we have competitive operating costs.
