25 Newkirk Road, Richmond Hill
The Richmond Hill self-storage facility consists of a multi building complex totaling 80,000 square feet. This property was built in phases from 1998 – Present. The latest addition will be a 20,000 square foot, four story facility. The redevelopment will include a state-of-the-art lighting system that reduces the carbon footprint. The site was designed modern storage amenities to be an industry-leading next-generation storage facility. The complex will be a shinning example of Self Stor’s commitment to quality.
Located just off the Las Vegas Strip, the iconic Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a 1,504-room facility featuring six restaurants, three cocktail lounges, a spa, a music venue, and 30,000 square feet of Casino space. Cowie Capital Partners Inc. (alongside its partners) acquired the hotel in March 2019 with plans to re-conceptualize the property through extensive renovations. Additional plans for the 2020 year include re-branding with partner Virgin Hotels. Upon completion, the hotel will feature newly-renovated guest rooms, suites, and penthouse suites. In addition. the hotel will feature a 60,000 square foot casino, new nightlife venues, world-class restaurants, and the Virgin Brand’s flagship space, the Commons Club.
The landscape of Toronto’s waterfront will be changed significantly with the arrival of the East Harbour Master-Planned Community, a 60 acre site with 12 million square feet of office, retail and institutional developments. Just outside of Toronto’s downtown core, East Harbour is currently the biggest commercial project planned in Canada. Once complete, East Harbour will be home to approximately 50,000 employees. This development is spearhead by First Gulf, with financial and management contributions from Cowie Capital Partners Inc.
The St. Regis Toronto is the first St. Regis branded hotel in Canada. The reimagined 58 storey hotel and residence, formerly known as Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto, is undergoing significant changes. The experience of guests and residents will be enhanced with new amenities and a completely new look and feel thanks to extensive renovations. St. Regis Toronto is now managed by Marriott International and was formerly purchased by JCF Capital ULC, a special purpose entity incorporated to facilitate the joint venture between Juniper Capital Partners LLC and Cowie Capital Partners Inc. This tower has 211 hotel units and 113 condominium suites ranging in size to upwards of 12,000 square feet.
